We are conveniently located in Round Rock, Texas, less than 1.5 miles west of I-35 (between 620 and McNeil Drive). The office is located in the Park West Corporate Center with ample parking available. Please click on the map below for directions and estimating travel time.
Additional directions: Once you are on Round Rock West Drive, please turn into the entrance noting “Park West 525-575.” Continue driving straight until you see the second red building on your left that states "Park West E Suites." This building is behind the "Hill Country Bible" red building.
Please then wait in the common reception area on your right as you enter the building (Building E, Suites 201-250 on glass doors). Dr. Mathews will greet you there for your appointment.
Please have your paperwork completed ahead of time.

To schedule your initial appointment, please call 1-888-454-1216. Please remember to bring a copy of your driver’s license, insurance information, credit card, and signed policy forms. Please arrive approximately 15 minutes early to complete paperwork.
Walk in services are NOT available.

Austin Mind & Wellness is only in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) PPO and is out of network for all other commercial insurances. For out-of-network insurances, “superbills” can be requested, which you can then submit to your insurance company.
If you have BCBS PPO, please call BCBS ahead of time to be aware of your individual benefits including deductibles and fees due at time of service.
Dr. Mathews only sees adult patients (ages 18+)
